Peking University Poetry Translation Workshop

The translations listed immediately below began with drafts generated in a graduate creative writing poetry translation workshop conducted by George O’Connell during a Fulbright professorship at Peking University. Diana Shi served as Research Assistant, selecting and coordinating the poems to be translated. Initial drafts were usually rendered by more than one participant, then collectively advanced. Our PKU workshop student-colleagues were Anna-Stiina Antola (Finland), 韓金鵬 (Han Jinpeng), 胡清婷 (Hu Qingting), 黃弋 (Huang Yi), 康宇英 (Kang Yuying), 李莎莎 (Li Shasha), 羅晨姿 (Luo Chenzi), 梅申友 (Mei Shenyou), 倪璐 (Ni Lu), 田甜 (Tian Tian), 吳穎慧 (Wu Yinghui), 張惠姝 (Zhang Huishu), 張婧 (Zhang Jing), 張林華 (Zhang Linhua), 張亞靜 (Zhang Yajing), and 章元 (Zhang Yuan). Deep thanks to them all.
